Zurich is an incredible hard plaster to get a flat. If you find an ad of a reasonable pricy flat you can be sure that you will cew up with many other people at the house visit.
In order to have any changes to get it you have to have good references, an immaculate CV and solid income. It's almost as hard as applying for a good job.
